Default 1st time white widow grow advice?
Hi, im planning on growing 1 white widow in a 0.75m x 0.75m x 1m budbox tent or 0.75m x 0.75m x 1.2m tent for personal use. My chief concern is price of my setup as i have a max limit of £170 or $267
Im plannig to use a mixed LED grow light as there cheap which is described as:
"A large-area LED Grow light. Each panel has 225 LED's in total - 165 of them are RED @ 650-660nm and 65 of them are BLUE 460-465nm. Equivalent to 45w - 150w HPS / Halide Grow Lighting.
Total LED's per panel number 225 and there are 165 x DEEP RED LED's per panel - the light given out by them is centered in the 650-605nm region of the visible spectrum.
This panel also contains 60 BRIGHT BLUE LED's which are centred on 460-465nm.
Very nice! And your plants love it."

My first question is, is this suffiecent lighting for 1 plant I'm planning to grow to around 60cm?

I am going to use a Tecpel PH-707 SOIL PH & MOISTURE METER to measure pH + mostuire.
I will water it myself altough I am cosidering using a drip-feeder because I'm pretty forgetful and this leads to my second question, Are drip-feeders practical or are they likely to drown the roots?
For soil I'm going to use average compost. any tips?
I reseached a bit and been told that the optimum pH level is between 6.7-6.2pH.
To keep this level i will use vingear and baking soda or invest in a cheap ph control solution.

Plant feeding is one area where I get confused. How should i do this, e.g do I mix the nutrients into the compost before germinating the seed and leave it during veg stage( not sure if this is stupid question, sorry if it is) or if not do I dissolve it in the water I am watering my plants with. I read that at 1.5 months I should leaf feed the plant by using warm water mixed with the nutrients and put in a spray bottle that is sprayed on the leavesso the plant doesnt get over fertilized. i also read An alternative way to leaf feeding is to use a nutrient and water mixture once every 3 waterings. The nutrients are suspended in the medium and stored in the soil for later use. The nutrients are washed out by 2 straight waterings afterward and there is no salts build up in the soil.
What is the best of these 2 methods? or if you know a better way to feed please tell me.
There are also blocks you can buy that are put in your soil and claim to feed your plants for up to 6 months but i am concerned this could lead to over-fertilization so i wondered if any one who knows of these would recommend them or if i should just feed the plant myself.
One last thing on feeding, what plants feeds would you use during the seeding and germinating stage, veg stage and flowering stage.

The second area I get confused in is Transplanting and whether you need to transplant at all, i.e cant you just start the seed off in a 5 gallon pot? this is because i dont fullly understand transplanting and dont want to shock the plant if transplanting. i have read other posts but it would be helpful if someone could explain it or give me some advice.
I've read about elevating co2 levels and read a cheap way to do this is by fermenting yeast in the grow tent so i plan on doing this or using a co2 puck in water.

For my light and dark periods I will keep it in dark until it germinates, then when it is vegative stage a 18 hr light to 6hr dark period? is this suitable? then during flowering stage I will use 12\12hr periods until I harvest.

My whole spending consists of:
A grow tent + drying shelfs £80
LED light £40
A plant pot £5
Tecpel PH-707 SOIL PH & MOISTURE METER £20
Auto-Drip Feed £5
Soil £5
Nutrients £5
extra acessories £10 total:£170

I cant go over this amount as it is to expensive for me at the moment but i might save up for some fans and a carbon filter next month but even if I cant afford a carbon filter and fans will this be nessecary if I am using energy efficent minimal heat LED's growing 1 plant. Basically will heat and odor be an issue if I am growing in my bedroom?

If youve taken the time to read this, Thanks i dont expect anyone to answer all the questions in one post and i would be more than happy if you took the time to answer just one of my questions.
