Ok I've been informed that plants will be 3 times the size they are at the end of vegetative when they are fully mature. My plants are growing real fast and are almost 10in in height. However they are only 3 weeks from germination. They already look awesome.

Should I start the flowering cycle now or wait?

I have 130cm worth of height space for them and they are skunk #1.
