Default nutes for 3 week old plants

I am currently using 1/4 a table spoon of nutes per gallon of water for my 3 week old plants. ive only gave this solution to them once and i was just wondering how long until i up the dosage and also how often do i feed them the solution? I gave them the nutes a week ago and they are looking extremely healthy and doing very well and growing very fast! Any suggestions or help would be awesome

1 in 3 waterings....don't give them full strength doses until they are 4 or so weeks older ,,,hope this helps :^D
