so i believe i have a magnesium def. so i got some epsom salt. that seems to be the way most deal with it. ive heard of a few different concentrations you mix using a gallon of water. i will be using distilled tap water so a lower concentration is probably good because of the existing ppm. any response would be great.

use a very weak mix per 1L of water there are 2 ways you can use it on your plants

1 - give it some while watering
2 - very weak foliar spray but do it when the plants aren't in direct light cuz this will cause hot spots on the leafs

I prefer using Cal-Mag from Botannicare with my nutes ... but I have used Epsom Salt in the past. I used a brand from the garden section of Home Depot ....and if I recall... I mixed 2 tablespoons to a gallon of water, stirred well and then filled a sprayer bottle and treated via the foliage (this was in Veg. stage). If in flowering stage I would definitely treat via the roots and not the foliage if possible.

do it once and wait to see if it needs any more. to much itsn't good

had a look into it...one teaspoon or one gram per gallon will be enough
