Buzzkill time. Please take this into consideration. State laws vary, but generally aren't as fugged up as when the Fed steps in (i have heard that they will generally let the state ur in handle the case until you reach the 100 plant cut-off, then they are GOING to step in for sure):

1,000 or more plants

• Not less than 10 years, not more than life (10 to Life)

100 to 999 plants

• Not less than 5 years, not more than 40 years (5 to 40 Years)

50 to 99 plants

• Not more than 20 years (0 to 20 Years)

Marijuana 1 to 49 plants

• Not more than 5 years (0 to 5 Years)

SORRY BROS.... but please take a long hard look at this ... and also educate urself on the state laws for the state in which you live.
If this table isn't up-to-date... please say so, i seem to recall someone sharing that a bud got busted for 100+ and is doing -10- years... so that's still within the scale here.... guess you can't always expect to get the minimum.

The bad thing about the Fed's is you do 85% of your time. With state time you do 1 year for every five. So a 10 year Fed charge means your doing 8 1/2 years...The same 10 years state charge you do 2 years...Fuck the feds, avoid at all cost.
