Sunlight then back to CFL

I have 5 seeds that germinated and still haven't come throught to the surface using my CFL setup. It's only been about 3 days I have 2 already through and growing. Can I set the ones that haven't come to the surface yet outside during the day to help with some natural sunlight and then put them back on CFL's?

It won't help them much at this stage of growth, the CFLs will work just fine, they don't need much light in the seedling stage.
