i dont know if this concerns the people that are from canada or the us because they have easy access to claiming lost packages but its very difficult to have your say when the USPS customer service only gives blunt phrases just like the voice recognition machine they have installed...usps bonzi buddy :/

anyway ive bought quite some stuff from Discount Advanced Nutrients .::. The best source for Advanced Nutrients which mostly are advanced nutrients suppliers which were willing to ship overseas .
i made immediate payment on june 23 2008.

on the 30th of june i asked for a tracking number and had no reply for about a week.
on the 2nd week on no reply i emailed again asking if there was any news on that tracking number and again no reply.

then ive sent a new email asking the guy about how he should answer me cause i hate to be ignored lol .he eventually did and gave me a track number which said it left los angeles on the 1st of july .

a month passed and still no sign of this order.
so ive put my self on gear and asked for a re shipping and they said that it would take up to 20 days to get the claim.

then a month after that he said that hese going to send a new order (this was end august)

lol and a month after that he sent me the same exact email saying that hese going to send the order today (september) and ive copied and pasted the email showing the both emails and since then everytime i send an email i get no reply back

which is why im posting this thing over here.

If you paid with a credit card get the charges reversed citing failure to deliver.

Then call and email, and let them know you reversed the charges for failure to deliver after a couple months.

Also notify them that their advertisement on the front page is false and misleading. "Your orders will always arrive quickly via our exclusive same day USPS Priority shipping or UPS equivalent on all orders received by 12:00pm PST." and that you intend to sue via a local proxy given limited power of attorney in the case.

Watch how fast they scramble to right their wrongs lest they get hit with the chargeback fees (which are OUTRAGEOUS)

How did you pay? There is truly no credit card as good as American Express, you don't even have to send the request in writing. Just call them up and they always take customer's word over vendor's unless vendor can show proof of service/delivery of product.

If you paid with a bank debit card, and it has a cc logo on it (Visa or Mastercard) you might be able to get them to credit you back the funds. If you paid with just about any credit card, non-delivery should be enough, but you may have to put it in writing. They really don't give a shit what you bought, either.
