yesh you can get 1-5 oz with a 400w dont exspect much from your first grow. but more exspirenced growed get half the watts of teyre light. nd theyre optium growing conditon. so you can get up to 200grams almost 7oz be plant. but a real yeild is 1-2 oz per plant im planiing on my next grow 2-5 oz per plant.
