hello, thinkin about starting to grow in the attic but its gets pretty hot in there sometimes and was wondering if it could still grow? Also im plannin on growing 2 plants and need to know what kind of lights would be best but i dont have a whole lot of money. Any other tips on growin in the attic are welcomed. thanks

for two plants you could get by with cfls or fluorescents and even a 150-250W hps light. for the heat get a couple of fans going to keep the air circulating.

attic grows are really tough to do without an airconditioner. you want to keep the temps below 80 and the lights give off quite a bit of heat alone, not to mention that many attics are hotter than 80 f to start.

^^^true on the temps but in my place for some reason the attic is usually about 85 and 90 tops. with a couple fans placed around the plants i don't think it would be much of a prob esp if you got an ac. for the lights i got mine through bghydro.com . quick shipping excellent cust service
