I'm one week into the grow, plants doing very well. A little overwatered, but massive. I'm using fox farm ocean forest soil with 25% more perlite. I heard it holds nutrients for a while. Im wondering when I should start using my GH flora series nutes?

Why does it have 25% more perlite ? If it is because you added it, you shouldn't have.

Fertilizer you won't need for at least a month into the grow and something to think about is the fact you should be able to do the whole grow without any nutes at all.

You can try 1/4 strength nutes after 4 weeks of growth and see how the plants respond.

My mixture is 75% ocean forest and 25% perlite. I've heard of other people doing the same thing..It's working quite well so far.
