When you get caught and all else fails they get you on tax evasion

hmmm some of the sentences seems ridicuously harsh like 20 years and stuff...i mean i see information like this everywhere but all i hear about is that nothing really happens to people that grows...dont know if its true or not any of you guys heard real stories out there?

Most people know or have family members that smoke pot

Lots of people know pot is not that big a deal they are afraid it leads to bigger things

Most court systems really want to help you. So if they think they are helping or you are friendly they go easy. Your court is local, home town stuff. Plus they don't want to drop the hammer on some one they know.

So ask questions, be afraid, be friendly, kiss ass that will help you.

Don't listen be bull headed run your your mouth and your ass is gone

Get your ass in federal court and your ass will have problems the rest of your life. Federal court is the next step and the local boys can't help so the feds think your out of control.

To the best of my knowledge, you can't get these stamps. Since it is illegal to grow, buy, and smoke cannabis the Gov. made sure no one will ever obtain a stamp. But there is a university I think down south N.C. that is allowed to do research, but this is something arranged through the DEA.

Thanx Vote, I was trying to think how to explain this and you are right on. That video is a good place to start.
For those of you that think its no big deal if you are caught growing, remember 1 of every 8 prisoners in both federal and state prisons is there on possesion charges. It can be a big deal.

here in texas you can buy stamps. for clairty here these stamps are for every type of drug. like in texas the tax rate is 3.50 usd per gram. if you want to deal and you have 2 lbs you have the stamps on your product then if you are caught there can be NO tax evasion or siezure of personal assets..... this is merely on the state level then you have the feds next.....
