Due to height restrictions I can only grow this plant about 10 inches above the rim of the pot (stealth cab). It is being LSTed... Is this pot large enough to grow a LSTed plant 10 inches?

No, a good way to think of it is if the plant is taller than the pot, get a bigger one, then a bigger one, until you reach a 5-gal bucket.

If your only going 10" a 5 gal pot is too big. Its too tall? Yours looks good to me!
