When to Prune?

When is the best time to prune and cut clones from a plant. Some guides claim it is to be done in the 3rd week of vegetative growth and still, others say first week of flowering stage is the time.

i would wait till flowering for sure.... if u want cut some of the uglier leves off of the bottom if u have any......if not just wait till you start developing colas....
