Yikes.. there are aq lot of questions to answer before we can answer your questions..

What kind of lighting are you using?
What is your grow medium?

A plant can be harvested in 8 weeks or 6 years.. it is all in your control..

It can be 10 inches tall or 20 feet tall.. It depends on strain, lighting, enviroment and age.

Plant the seed about 1/8 of an inch in the soil.. Keep the soil moist (during germination) ..not soggy....

but basically indica about 3-4 indoors, sat/ind about 4-6 and heavy sativa 10ft+ if you don't take measures to restrain height if you do so i gone stay within 2-4ft most of the time and in time, that can stretch from 12 weeks to 6 month and more
