I was wondering if you can root the clone in the first 2 weeks under fluros and then keep the clones in the ez-cloner for another 2 weeks vegging under a 600w or 1000w MH? Before transplanting in another aerosystem for flower.

Yes, you can. I have a couple of clones in my EZ-Cloner 30, which have been there over a month. I took out the other 28 a couple of weeks ago, and those 2 weren't fully rooted, so I left them in there. They've had plenty of roots for awhile now, the last two, but A) I don't really need them; B) I've been too lazy to pot them; and C) I haven't had the heart to kill them. Now I know why I kept them alive: so I could answer your question!

yea..i was going to try that..but i was going to up the nutes in the cloner ..while doing it..nothing hard..just get em veggin and used to the light and some light nutes..
