ok so i have 3 plants (northern lights) sprouted but my question is. 2 of the spourts are green and healthy looking with aprox 3-4 leaves. the 3rd sprout. i had to help peal off the shell when it came out of the soil. and now the stock is still standing straight up. but its not green or and the leaves havent formed.. WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Take a picture... it probably just needs more time.....

give it time it will either start growing or die ... the more you fuss over sprouts the more damage you do. just water them when the soil drys out and keep your lights on them but not so close as sprots are delecate and will burn
