what light are you using? ya i have mylar i get little spots in my vision sometimes ..
+ i have residual tracers from psychedelics i was doin ... least i think that's what it's from. god i sound like a mess

good point actually, cant too any damage unless ur looking at the lights directly for an amount of time i reckon
