well I posted a while ago aout a plant that had grow against alot of odds on a rock and no dirt into the water of the creek.
well it started to flower and for a week i was sure it was a female,,,, then all these bals popped up, even with the hirs.... well she went it , a hermi.
Kinda mad but not suppriseed for a plant that got weed whacked, weed sprayed when little, and grew nearly dirtless on a rock in the shade, even after I transplanted to good dirt and nutes, it wen thru alot of stress so I can understand this. sad tho

anyway, my indoor bagseed under a cfl is in flower and got too big to fit in my grow space so I had to move them out side. Out of 6 so far there were 2 males and 1 fem and 3 undetermined.

since they were in the first week of flower i decided to take 9 clones from the one definate female and placed 9 clones in the indoor cfl room(box) with a saranwrap dome and in good dirt.

Since these have grown well and sturdy i figured I had 2 choises. 1

1 was to flower the 1 known female and hope for a few more OR clone as many as possible and flower guarunteed females. so I took my clones and got some root hormone, used as directed, the clones seem ok on day 2 now and the mom which was bare is now flowering right off the stem and had no leaves, but is growing them back and FAST, so the mom is now outside thriving athough naked lol.
I will veg these clones for a few weeks and try floweing them alot smaller then the mom was and then be able to keep em inside thistime, plus I can perpetuate the grow afterwards.

man i cant wait to order some lowriders seed. i need tiny plants..... i have a lot of floor area thats in a hidable area just no usable height, so....

any advice on treating clones well? any tips on their care specificly or leave alone till rooted?

I went from yard dirt on the mom to 30% vermaculite 70% mg organic soil in peat cups for the medium. I cut the clones an immidiatly sat them cut in water till i used the powder, then placed them into seperate peat cups well watered and misted a few times a day under a saran wrap dome over he tuperware tub they all sit in under 4 23w cfls. they have already shown some verticle growth and are perking up well, one even has a root already starting. what mix of mg organic soil and vermaculite should i plant em in after rooting? leave in peat cup and let them root thru? or rmove from peat cups?
