13 watt cfl will nor be enough light..trust me i know..
If i were you i would get 42 watt lights because the 13 that you are using is not producing enough lumens..get 1 42 watt light for each plant you have and you will be good on light..anything lower than that willl not be enough light

jeez bro...over 4 plants in ur parents house w/ cfl's you should have known was a bad idea from the beginning. i would suggest an outdoor grow. maybe you got some woods near you where you can put them. ofcourse that would be inconveinient but if your determined to finish your grow i would move it away from the fam. or maybe even a friend who can watch them.

no i cant put em outside cuz winter is comin i live in northern wisconsin and at night it hits high 30's we have already had frost and i just gotta keep em goin good till december then im movin out and that 13 watt cfl is only in for the weekends and then i got 3 26 watt 100 watt equvilents in the box over 5 plants now bout 1.5 inches above the plants
