Ok i have 12x18w cfl's, 4 in 1 home made hood thing, 6 in another home made hood and 2 stand alone that i can move anywere, my plant has just shown sex in the last few days and is 18" tall and i have 3 sproted seedlings and 4 that germinated and waiting on sprouting. Ok i have my main female plant under the 4 bulb set up with the 2 standalone ones either side of her, and am using my 6 bulb hood for the seedlings, im wanting to know if it would be a better idea to stick my female under the 6 bulb hood and have the two standalone on her too and use my 4 bulb setup for the seedlings, as shes getting bigger now i dont think 4 above her and 2 either side is enough do you?

Give the flowering plant as much light as possible!

I dont have much to say about growing with cfl's other than you need more light HOWEVER I must say, you seem to have the DIY niche and I bet you could do wonders with actual growing equipment.
