    Hi Mr. Lives

    If you have it ventilated properly.. with a fan and your plants are already 14+ days old, you can put it within a few inches of your plant..

    You might want to start with it about 14-18 inches away and then slowly move it close by an inch or so everyday. If your hand can withstand the heat, so can the plants...

    That light wil;l work best about 4 inches from your plants.. but that will require GREAT airflow..
