Yes because giving up is a really good plan. If CA would have given up they never would have paved the way for all those other states to legalize medical marijuana.

It'll happen, it'll just take one state (and CA is on the way there) to completely legalize it, they'll rake in a shitload of tax dollars balancing their budget and leaving extra money for politician raises. The other states will follow. It's all about greed.

it would be so smart for the usa to legalize pot. When i was 10 years old i knew atelast 5 dealers. The things i couldnt get easily... alcohol and ciggerets.

Legalizing weed would reduce child usage, encourage dealers to get real jobs and provide better/safer homes for families AND make lots of money for the government if they taxed it. I say around 2015 it will be fully legal. I think within 2 years the biggest punishment for carrying small ammounts will be a small ticket,
