Incadecent lights are the worst bulbs you can use.
They produce heat and very little usable light.

My very first grow was under a 150w incandescent. Trainwreck. Yielded about a quarter to a half oz. I cut her down early too, and only fed her MG nutes.

You can definitely grow under a 100w incandescent.

and the only soil i have is from my backyard.
