Co2 should only be used when the lights are on.

MY room is about 85 during the day and 65 at night my humidity usually around 50 to 70%. I am working on lowering the temp with exaust fan and carbon scrubber (for smell as I am fixing to start flowering) but how do I get rid of excess humidity. I understand that I need to be close to around 40 to 50% when flowering to avoid bud rot, correct?

Dude those temps are fine if not ideal; humidity would be nice to get be below 40 once you are flowering. I actually prefer temps 85-90 w co2 for faster growth until last 2 weeks from harvert i drop it back to 78 and humidity as low as i can go; usaully like 15-20...At the end of the day its a weed and your current conditions should be staright.

If your ambient room humidity is high lowering it will be hard. Depends on if your set-up to choose the best method to lower it.

Me either. Outside air has 300ppm whereas I keep mine at 1500 PPM 3x as much. The bottle I use and regulator were $300 and $24 to refill every 2 months. I yeild 20-40% more that more than makes up for the origional $300. The main thing is if you are growing under CFL's there is no point to co2. Also your need to have ample nutes and a root zone temp at 65 to really take advantage of CO2
