Default Thinking about growing outdoors

I started growing outdoors once, but then i had to move, and it was right after i started. I had germanized and gotten the seeds to sprout out of the ground, but then i had to move.
I think where i live now would be a perfect place to grow.
What all do i need to know before i start, and what do i need?

Oh, and just wondering, how much would it cost to start growing indoors?

well i mean just to get started. something cheap that would hold me over for awhile.

I need pots(got em) soil(which soil should use), seeds(gettin em).
How often do i water, and whateever else i need to know

Outside......you need some seeds, soil & nutes.
