Default Force flowering

I have been force flowering my plants now for 19 days.
At night they are put in a shed and taken out in the morning...

I recently found out that fluctuating this level of light/darkness can cause stress and the plant to go herm...
On a few occassions I have had to take the plants out an hour or so late becuase of work. This reduces the amount of light to 11hrs and ups dark to 13hrs.
Will this put stress on my plants or is it only if they get more than 12hrs in day?

I have a test plant outside but it isn't showing any signs of sex yet. As soon as it does is it okay to put my plants outside 24/7?

it should be okay as long as it gets less light then twelve hours not more.
Yes you can put them outside after they show sex if you want them to flower naturally outside, they will reveg if you put them outside and you still are having more than 14 hours of day light.

How am I supposed to tell how many hours of sunlight there are in the day...
I've seen this web site, I'm at 50o so got 14:33 on Aug 15th.
At the moment the time diff between sun rise and sunset is 13:30 hours, but does that translate to 13.5 hours of sunlight...

If I put the plants outside on the 15th of Sep when there is supposed to be 12:42 hrs of sunlight surely the plants will not go back into veg stage...

Because where I live autumn comes quickly and can be harsh. I don't want to risk losing my crop to an early frost
