so i went down to the local gas station where i have always bought my wraps and today they told me that they can no longer sell just a single wrap, that there is a new law out that says they can only sell a min. of 20 at a time, which is a full case. i love my blunts but damn thats alot of wraps to buy at once. any one else heard of anything like this or are they trying to rip people off?
