Default Buds Turning Purple

Hmmm I have two questions...one my buds are turning purple...Dont know why....? Feel free to chime in on that....The other question is soooo newbie...I think I threw up a little in my mouth while typing it...Is it done yet...Im going for a head high not a body high.....

Heres a couple of pictures....there two different plants...I guess it would help if I labled them..but hey Im a stoner......the one with the larger more purpler buds...is older the other one thats not so purple is the younger one..but they both are turning...

The purple buds must be due to the strain.

We need pics to be able to tell you if its done yet.

How should I harvest if I plan to regenerate plant? OR should I just take cuttings instead?

too late for clones
too regen cut all buds off
do not cut off fan leaves .
put back in 18/6
in couple weeks new growth will start slowly

I cut off the big ass fan leaves the only leaves that are left are the little ones covered in crystals and surrounding buds....
