You can flower from the second you have a seed germinated.

I think you may misunderstand S.O.G. A sea of green garden is a garden of all newly rooted clones in small pots, put directly into flower.(Allowing many plants in a small area.) You are growing from seed so SOG would be doable, but only after you have takin colones. To do so you would have to let them veg a few more weeks until viable branches can be obtained.
