Actually the false aralia is a flowering shrub, but they don't really look like colas.

That "fake" May J stuff. All it consists of is alot of other herbs meshed together,so why do that when you could put energy into lovely May J's?

These buds are rediculous. I have seen these before, I had a friend who was trying to quit ganja to pass a piss test. Anway, it definitely was NOT a bunch of stuffed mashed together. There may be different kind of fake bud, maybe some of it is that way, I don't know. I've only seen it once. I took some time to examine it though. It was small-mid sized nugs on a stick, just like the picture. it was actually the same variety fake "smoke" as in that picture, but it was called A'hia' Buds, or something, with a Hawaiian picture. The plant has a similar bud structure to marijuana, although it isnt exactly the same. Weird green/brown buds with red fuzz and hairs (which looked like they may have been added from another source, like sprinkled onto the buds to make them look harrier) grow along a stem, sometimes thick enough to make it grow together into into a giant bud. Also, leaves with serrated edges were growing out of some buds, mostly near the base of the buds. The serrations were different than with real stuff though. Really weird. I think it's mostly one plant, with perhaps other bits sprinkled on and who knows what extracts they could potentially put in it. It smelled fuckin' horrible, but after awhile I wondered if it did anything. My roommate said "Its not doing much, but I tried several hits just to see what it was all about. I hardly felt anything. It was a really smooth smoke, and I could inhale more smoke than is usual with pot or tobacco. It did not taste as bad as it smelled, it was kinda fresh and minty. But as for a high, it was more like a mild headache, but completely painless? Weird, I know that doesn't make much sense, but neither does smoking this shit. It doesn't really do anything, except MAYBE make you feel relaxed after a pipe-ful. but its not like you even cop a buzz. I have often wondered exactly what type of plant it is also. It sure is weird, I think you would feel the same way if you dried and smoked any herb or plant out there. I just wonder what kind of plant it is?
