Default Tomatoes

Are in....

I picked about 12 today. Still have about 40 on the vines. Finally had time to snap a pic of the plants. They were started from seed using floro, then transplanted outside. Not too bad.....

I'm so jealous, I haven't had garden-grown tomatoes in so long!

You also might want to let them ripen a little longer. Maybe it is just harsh lighting from a flash, but (assuming you didn't get some tomato that isn't red) they should be evenly red all the way around and come off the stem fairly easily when picked.

All in all, looks great. Keep up the delicious work

Just so you guys know, the avacados you are sprouting will not produce fruit. 99% of the seeds from them don't produce fruit. You will have some awsome rootstock, but it will never give you any fruit.

For some reason most avocados just don't produce fruit. They will grow a great tree and all, just no fruit. I learned this in one of my horticulture classes while studying for my degree.
Here is a link talking about it. Avocado Trees - Frequently Asked Questions

(told by my mom a long time ago) my mom had gotten an avocado from her school teacher whi owned an avo farm, she brings it home to her dad, my grandpa, and he punctures nails into it and places it over water, putting water on the seed almost daily, after rooted, he transplants to soil, and when he thought was right plants it next to his concrete wall. as a kid i had fun picking the avos from it, and so had my mother. one avo, one tree, 150+ avo per year(that i can remember, usually over 150)...clostest avocado tree was 300 feet or further away, little to no insects to help pollenation. my aunt had it cut down this year. i guess we got a great seed. my family has a history in having a green thumb tho... RIP 2 my fav avocado tree and my only entertainment when at my grandpa's as a child LOL(no offense grandpa)

nice maters. those roma V's(roma hybrid 5) ???

I have had a steady tomatoes harvest for about 2 months. I have notice that these tomatoes last for weeks and weeks in the fridge with out getting soft and are very tasty compared to grocery store. Not to mention I saw 3.99 a pound for them, so fuck that.

I have some onions that are about done in my flower room. And here is a picture of a pepper plant clone that is fully developed into a nice little tree. Its under 18 hours under 8 floros. And is blooming with flowers. I guess I will let it produce.
