Whatever it was that your friend had (tea extract tar redrock whatever) was an opiate and would have tested positive for it, so either one of two things happened, your friend distorted the truth to you, or a lab tech stole the evidence for themselves (have had that happen to me before too). The thing about these lab tests is they dont have a threshold dose required to show a positive result like a urine test does. urine tests threshold at around 2,000ng/mL for opiates where as a lab test might pick up trace amounts as small as 10ng/mL.

Like I said, not trying to call you out as a liar, not my intention... just interested in this because what you say goes against all of my court experience.

ya man I feel where your commin from. anyway even if my friend got lucky doesnt mean the next person will. im just glad he wasnt found guilty of possetion of herion with intent to distribute. it was 7 grams he had on him about 2 doses for him.
