I took it off the tomato plant and put him on the neighbors tree.
What is it? I have never seen any caterpillar looking thing that big in my life!
You can see how big it is when it is next to my finger!
theres an organic type pesticide for catapillars called b.t. . was found in old rum distillery in carribean, pretty cool story if you look it up...peace
Haha that first pic is awesome. Preety cool looking kinda looks tasty. Might be turning into a butterfly soon
So how big are these things when hatched? It couldn't have just appeared out of no where. I mean to get that freakin huge wouldn't it have to have been there for a long time?
these guys will decapitate your tomato plants overnight. Do not allow them any mercy and find the younger ones on your stems and kill them asap!
Better living through chemistry memes.
that's a tomato horn worm and they will eat the fuck out of some tomatoes. they are huge and bled in so well. I dont notice them until i start to see the damage then i look close. The damage is leafless stems and the stems eaten till they are about 1/4 inch in thickness. Just looks like a dead stubby branch.
Yea I got rid of it. Put it on a neighbors tree. I didn't want to kill it
I want to sail away to a distant shore..........an' live like an ape man.
