3 - I use Water Soluble 20-20-20 plant food with no problems before.
4 - What is that material that your using as the medium? It looks like its some thing that holds water in and if it is that is very bad. Also you don't want the water to be at the top or very close to the top of your netpot because that can cause problems.
5 - Are you putting the plant food ontop of the medium that is holding the plant down because that's what it looks like you are doing and if you are that might be the problem. When using water soluble nutes you need to completely devolve it into the water.
The medium is MG Perlite, and the reason the top is blue, is because I had the water level too high when I added the nutes, and it soaked the perlite, I tried changing the perlite out but it's soaked into the whole netpot, if I removed it all I most likely would have killed the plant, so either way I'm screwed....... I couldn't get a good pic of the stone but it's a 12inch Anchor Stone, here is a stock photo. As for the feeding method, I mix it with ph water then add, it's half strength for 1 gallon ( so it shouldn't be that strong???? ) I dont top feed.

Hmm...well that is what is wrong with them then...they are overfed...that perlite is coated in ferts is it not?...so you have nuted perlite with more nutes added...it's no bueno...you really shouldn't use MG perlite for this sort of thing....and it is easy to remove most of the perlite in this sort of application..just take the net pot and turn it upside down and then shake it about a bit...of course do this while holding your plant stalk and the net pot so as to not just drop the whole thing...anyway most of the perlite will fall out and then you can add back in some clean, not nuted kind.

Well after doing some reading, and a little cleaning of house so to speak, this is what she looks like now.

    IMAG0146.jpgIMAG0147.jpgIMAG0148.jpgIMAG0149.jpgIMAG0150.jpg

So what I got from reading a couple articles was, I had three options, #1. Go out and buy some expensive products that have about a 50% chance of not working, #2. Remove affected foliage, roots, and medium with 50% chance of not working, #3 Do nothing and continue to watch plant die 100%, so I opted for option #2, this is the result, I'll keep this thread updated on any progress.

Here are 2 things that I would do...

1 - Change that air stick to this kind/shape of air stone instead. ecoairdisc6.png I use to use those stick ones but find that they didn't work as well compared to one of these ones.
2 - You should be using clay pellets for DWC.
3 - You can always take a cutting off your tomato plant and root that cutting and doing it up with better gear that I have listed.

I tried those kinda stones at first, but they kept floating to the top and side ( I tried using suction cups, but they didn't work ) I guess I could hot glue it.....I'll get some hydroton next time I go to a grow shop.....+ nutes

I have never had the problem of those kind of stones floating to the top ever. Mine is a 4 inch one.

Hydro is hard, and DWC seems to be one of the most finicky...I tried it and failed...
There is no need to switch from the perlite to clay pellets, but you are killing them with ferts...
Using perlite with nutes in it is almost never a good thing...I guess you could wash the crap out of it and then try using it...Hydroton is awful too though...they start to hold calcium after awhile and it can throw everything off...
I say stick with the perlite, but find some regular good old fashioned inert perlite.
