    Hmm Desert rose looks pretty good.
    I doubt you'd be able to send me a plant as I live in northern Europe, and who the hell sends plants by mail ?
    I just got back from a walk and found an awesome bush that has small leaves that kinda look like a maple or a grape. (more like a maple)
    I took a branch and cut off the bark and put it in water. I hope it roots..

    Growing your own bonsai tree is an art of trimming the top growth alon g with the art of trimming the roots.

    If you start your own from a freshly rooted tree cutting it will takes years.

    I'm fine with that. And I will try to learn this fine art and it will bring a tear to my eye when I'm old and I give my grandchildren a bonsai tree.

    Yea I wanna get into this kind of art but I wanna try a DWC version.

    I think the key to the banzai is the size of the pot. Any plant or tree can be grown in the style.

    I am hoping of getting a Ficus cutting to grow as a bonsai.
