    That's a healthy garden!!

I'm becoming a fan of manures and manure tea!!! Cow manure does wonders for my lawn! If I apply it to dead spots along with some lawn fert, the spot is green again! And tea works even better cuz it soaks into the ground! If I re-apply several times, I have lush green grass again!!
I just bought some rabbit manure today! check out this pic! It's fresh! I'm gonna compost it and then make lots of tea with it it!

From my research, you don't need to compost rabbit crap as it's a cold manure and can be used straight. Of course it won't hurt to compost it especially if it's fresh if you're worried about any pathogens. I just got a little bit from my neighbor who has a rabbit and am using it in my tomatoes, we'll see how they turn out. So far they're kicking butt!

^^^^ Yes, I know that composting rabbit manure isn't very important while cow and chicken manure needs to compost a couple months

I'm adding some composted leaves (leaf mold) + some lava sand.... and I'm thinking of getting some dry seaweed to add, too!.....and then I'm going to compost it a few weeks...... cuz I think I will get better compost tea from it! Plus I can store some to give away when the chance arrives! I like giving some to friends for their house-plants!

Sounds like it should turn out to be some good stuff. I'm thinking of using some of the crap in my next batch of tea for the garden this week. I figure it can't really hurt anything. Just getting into teas and organics and am really diggin it!

Here's my manure tea technique! In this pic below, you will see a few things!....On the left is a large aquarium style air pump that is connected to 4 air-stones. In the middle is a trash can holding about 6-7 gallons of water. And on the right is a bucket full of composted manure. About 6-8 cups are added to each batch. I also add several ounces of molasses to feed the biolgical activity. Let it bubble for 3-4 days and then apply. Manure teas can be strong so use at 1/2 strength for young plants
