This is just hypothetically of course...but if I wanted to do a indoor opium poppy grow...what would I need to do this? I don't even know if it's possible to do a completeley indoor poppy grow but I assume you can just like just about everything else. What would I need to get started...you know...if I was actually going to do this.

you might want to look into how many days of veg. i've heard it was a long veg period.

Also you would need alot of them to do anything. i forgot how many plants just to get a gram.

Hope to hear from somone that knows a bit more. Ask FDD he has grow poppies. Not indoor though i dont think.

ya, I would assume the lighting would be about the same as a MJ grow. I had also heard that about having to have a good amount of poppy's to be able to really do anything with them. hmm...I guess I'll do more research and see what I can find. Thanks by the way.

you'd need several thousand watts. those bad boys LOVE the sun so much that if you don't nearly scorch them they rebel and die. seriously, not worth your time.

if you don't "know" what they are you can grown them in your garden outside.

there are also books available. IANAL but from what i understand it is legal to have seeds and grow them but harvesting the opium is a no-no.
