Default Tomato Blooms / Friuts

I have 4 plants with about 35 or so matos between them and a few I havent found yet I'm sure. I have started snipping new blooms as soon as they are noticeable. Can I switch my lighting schedule to help the plants focus on the existing fruits and lesson flower production? The are Beefy Boy Hybrid & a cousin to the Roma (2) of each.... I run only 2 600 HPS wide spectrum bulbs and may get a MH conversion for 1 if need be.. or trade my 400W HPS for one.. any help appriciated.
Peace

nobody? nothing?

My matos are getting all the plants energy now I guess...under HPS
but still curious the effects of switching to MH during fruit maturity.

IMO I wouldn't switch the light schedule. With my tomatoes I pick off the new flowers as soon as I have all the tomatoes I want on that plant; a few weeks before harvesting I let the flowers grow back again for a second harvest.

mmmmmm I love green beans. In a couple months I am going to break out all the fluorescents. trays, soil and seeds and get my summer garden started. I cant wait. I am going to put out a veggie stand this year since I am doubling the size of my garden and I grew too much last year. lol

I had a mix of beans last batch. Green Beans and also Wax beans.. they crossed after a while.. nice combo. Kinda like the time my Bells and Habenaro peppers mixed.. a very subtle heat was the result, though after coocking you almost couldnt tell. I eat most everything raw anyways. Wish I had time and production enough for a stand. Here in the NE their are many many stands to choose from.
