well is it a small or large aero? root space? Aeros work great at first but often the roots end up submerged, if that happens make sure you have an airstone in there so the roots get plenty of oxygen.. I use aeros for cloning and vegging..

I like BC Nutes...

Is your lowrider an autoflowering plant? i would recomMend getting a HOT5 for your light or a 600W digital HAL/HPS

Good thing is i havent invested in the aerogarden yet. Any suggestions on a website to get a good one? And ill def use the airstones.....Yeah the seeds i am lookin to purchase are autoflowering but im not sure if the website is legit or not ( Drchronic.com ) ....

Mind I ask why you're chosing an aero? You can build one on the cheap ya know with a plastic tote, some pvc, pump etc.. Just look on the internet for a DIY Aeroponics system and build away.. its easy..

I built mine with 2 different basket (hole sizes).. In the middle I have 2 inchers for my clones and on the outside rim I have 5" holes for the plant when the mature.. Cut the bottom of the 2" baskets out so the roots dont tangle in the baskets when you move them over to the 5" baskets.. Kind of a do-it all set up.. You can get creative as you want...

Sometimes I wish I was closer to everyone with these questions so I could meet ya at home depot and show ya just how easy it really is ;)

Start with that.. or you can check out ebay for some cheapies.. dont go too cheap and get the real shallow or over crowded ones.. most are junk so be very specific, maybe post the links here and i will help ya narrow it down..

best of luck

I would chose the 2nd, but I have used the the top one in the past, some like it, some dont.. but both have exceptional customer service and discreet shipping

as for that unit, eh i would keep looking til ya find one that includes a tote for simplicity.. really all it is is pvc, pump, tote, sprayers, baskets, neporenes and a few odds and ends.. or you can just grab something like on the link i posted above..

Cool...keep in mind i have never even attempted growing so a few more questions.....about the lighting, is it ok to do 18/6 for all the stages? and how do i know how to use the nutrients?

well it depends, if you are growing those lowriders 18/6 will be just fine because they are autoflowering.. but otherwise no.. normally you would go 24/7 until you are ready to bloom (usually 6 weeks from seed), then 12/12 when you go into bloom...

do you have a few bucks to spend? i would highly recommend just getting a 600W digital ballast off ebay.. you will never need to upgrade again.. i have a 1000W and wish I had gone with the 600.. Eventually you will replace the cfl's and want the 600.. just a thought

Also i Change my mind about lowryder seeds....i want to get the Blackberry feminised seeds
ok then once the seeds pop keep the lights on 24/7 until you are ready to go into bloom, usually about 6 weeks or so.. I like to wait til they are atleast a foot tall, some prefer taller, some dont... I prefer a foot tall or so.. Keep in mind the strain type, indica vs sativa.. the sativas get very tall, also look at the flowering time.. usually the sativas require a couple extra weeks of flowering time vs the standard 8 weeks indicas take.. both those sites will explain in detail both..

do you have a grwo store near you? if so, get to know the store well.. ask a ton of questions and expect a few setbacks at first...

Thats perfect. what is the difference between clone and other seeds?
Its a soiless system, so what you would want to do is start your bean in whats called a float n' grow (i use em) and then once the seedling takes off you would insert tat into the clay pellets/basket (comes with the system)..

get a HOT5 light and wala, you're in business..

A clone is a cutting off a female plant that you grow into another full plant.. alot of people use "mother" plants to get all their clones from.. I have an actual cloner I put my cuttings in. After about 2 weeks in the cloner they go into "vegitation", after about 4 weeks in vegitation, they go into a bloom station..

You may want to just buy feminized seeds so you know you will get what you want from the git go..

explain the float n' grow i searched for it on google nothin really helpful popped up....and if im right i do the float n' grow which is like germination and sprouting im guessin, then put it in this bubbleponics kit??? im goin to be a master when at this when harvest my first plant
