piss around your garden whenever you're around. Also, get hair from a local barber shop and sprinkle some around periodically.

Plant a few rows of soy beans away from your garden. They'll eat that before anything most of the time.

Yea, I'd go with like an 8 ft fence. I've personally seen deer clear a fence of at least 7 feet.

Deer season starts sunday in Michigan! I will be in my blind all day and every day next week with my 50 cal thompson muzzleloader. I can taste the venison chili and kalamazoo pale ale venison stew already!!! I also make my own jerky and summer sausage. YUM!!

I have also seen deer clear some really high fences. They are amazing when they want to jump over something.
