depends where you live i think, i know in SC spores are legal because they contain no psilocybin

Not all spores are illegal in all states.

theres no possible way you can get arrested for ordering spores, because they sell them for "microscopy use only" unless you live in california. nobody will ship them to california. but what you do with them is your perogative.

The spores are not illegal, but if you are getting a mushroom grow kit it would be pretty easy to convince a jury that you were planing on growing them, not looking at them under a microscope. How would you even separate them from the substrate?
