Well ive had a garden in my window for about two weeks now and all the plants seem to be doing great except for one. My cilantro was mostly dead this morning and while looking over it i noticed a bunch of small tan and white bugs living on it. 5 or 6 of them actually.

My question is are these spider mites? And do they pose a threat to the rest of my plants that were growing near the cilantro?

Yes they are. But you can go to Lowes or Home Depot. And get a ORGANIC 3 in one fungicide,mitacide, and another CIDE lol. I use it on all of my plants. I have dill cilantro basil peppers etc.

yup what inks said its Bonide Tomato and Veg 3 in 1 insecticide fungicide miticide make sure its the one with neem oil cause thats the good stuff

and yea I have parsley, basil, cilantro, mint, 3 kinds of peppers and a tomato lol not much room left in my window

How big were the bugs? I wonder if they are mites? The ones I had were barely visible to the naked eye - just little specks... couldn't tell what they were at all until I broke out the microscope. I also had thrips once, and they were yellow/tan/white colored - bigger though. I could see them crawling around fine without a microscope.

summer is here..a prevenitive like neem or eistiens oil should be implemented into weekly regiment..

Yea they were really small almost not visible, orange and tan mostly
Alright thanks tile i should be getting some ths weekend so ill start applying it, never grown anything indoors so never delt with bugs too much
