Default starting the flower beds for spring

planted some flowers and mulched today in the flower beds out front...
put down some:
pink and some white begonias
both red and purple salvia
dwarf zinnias
purple verbana
chinese forget me nots

also included a pic of my first rose of the season... it just opened this morning and is HUGE!
