Talking Gypsum, calcium and sulphur? what for?
I am hoping this mix i got at home depot is not just a ph down. I like the calcium.

What is this used for.

I am used to marijuana growing. I dont like the ph down there! In mj organics, if you dont know, the prob is usually the other way becasue of the acid of fish and peat and so on.

By the way I am not using pete anymore as it is antimicrobial i just read.

anyway i am planting tomatoes, basil, lettuce, chamomile, oregano, bell pepper and chilis.

i got some good organic soil and compost. also that damned gypsum for fun,

they had no dolomite! weird.

anyway I am thinking maybe the tomatoes might like it?>

The question about Sulphur, I want to know also. I do know, finally, that Gypsum is worthless unless you have a salty soil, like on the Coast. Calcium is a good minerial and offers a certain balance to your soil. Tea made of dried & cruched egg shells is good for a calcium supply.

i added it with equal parts dolomite lime to my veggie and herb garden. also added azomite compost perlite and some organic herb ferts in weeks str. I mixed all this then watered it all down with super plant tonic, hydroguard, molasses, to get the whole mix "cooking".

I got basil, oregano, anaheim chilis, chamomile, tomatoes. Also lettuce. ALl on the balcony right next to my indoor mj grow. Nice tasting nice smelling.

lol, since I am in organic soil instead of hydro I used my olf botanciare 3x3 as a planting bed, my olf home dept cement tray as a bed and a bunch of 1 gallon pots. hehe fun.
hope 2 kinds of crops are not too much work. mighthave ot break out my water pump from hydor and make a drip system.
