yea i read that somewhere that when you put the plants outside to leave them in the shade a few days then move them slowly into the sun so they dont get shocked or something like that

It's called "hardening off". Some plants if put out into direct sun will fry and die.

I hate driving in the summer and people have shade houseplants on their porches frying in the sun. It makes me sad.
