Hi All...it's been a week so here's some new pics. I accidentally pulled a leaf off one of the plants, but it seems to be recovering. What does everyone think???

Hi All.......I know I've been slacking on the updates, but I needed to get some batteries for the camera. The plants have grown quite a bit & look really healthy for being outdoors in mid-October. I think there are a couple peppers trying to start. Do bell pepper plants put out flowers or not? Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

looks good bro
, she looks kinda depressed, but since its healthy looking i assume she was just thirsty.. but yes, bell peppers do produce flowers; right before the fruit.. the petals fall off, and the pepper grows out of the flower stem... peppers are really neat. i dont know where you are located, but winter is coming... bell peppers can take lower temps than`chilis, but you can always bring it inside and put it in the growroom and enjoy homegrown sweet pepper in the dead of winter...here's mine!! shes a good bit older than yours though |

yours is starting to fruit right now... see those dangly things in the second pic? they will open up, probably within the next several days, to a lil white flower.... petals fall off the flower and your pepper grows... so you dont have peppers yet, but i guess you kinda have pepper stems; wont be long. put em in a bigger pot and treat them like weed, experiment with feeding it, see what it likes and can take.

A bigger pot??? The container they are in is huge. If I could measure it in gallons it would be like at least 20 gallons. The container is also about a foot & a half deep. Is that not big enough? The soil is organic & other than water I haven't really given them any nutrients except Alaska MorBloom 0-10-10 fish emulsion once a week. Is that enough or should I give them more? I've also wondered if they need nitrogen, but wasn't too concerned right now because they look so healthy.
