I'm new at this but I am generally good at saving and investing.. I know how to make money but I'm trying to work on my future now; house/business..

my plan at first was for me an my girl to save an throw 10k each on a house about 70k.. she has two jobs and been working for years.. I work under the table every now an then but mostly
have other ways of generating income..

after reading some threads on here.. im not sure that would be such a good idea.. the monthly payments wouldn't be a problem obviously but throwing 20k on a 70k house would raise some red flags wouldn't it?

I run an online glass shop, started it with $100 about 12 months ago.. no tax id.. I'm not "ballin" from it but I make around the average min wage worker does in a month..
I wanted to open a storefront to speed up the sales and actually make more from it.. I was looking into lines of credit for businesses but im not quite sure how the qualifications would adhere to my situation..

lastly, I already have a small amount of precious metals saved from over the years.. would a simple resolution be dividing 10k into small amounts of purchases of metals from place to place then sell it? even if you sell it all at one location it isn't uncommon for someone to have precious metals saved and to sell a large amount at a time.. this type of transaction would be legit wouldn't it?

The former corporate strategy manager for Microsoft has started a company named after his great great grandfather, Diego Pellicer who grew hemp, with the aim of developing a chain of smoke shops modeled after Starbucks world wide. He already owns 3 dispensaries in the US, with 3 more in California soon to be acquired. He is in negotiations with the Mexican government with the support of former President Fox, to supply the marijuana, with the idea of taking away a major source of revenue from drug cartels. He is also espousing the tax benefits and reduction in crime to the countries he is in discussions with. The Seattle based company is seeking $10 million dollars from investors in order to expand his operations. Do you think he has any chance of making this work, or has he been smoking too much product? Do you think this will help with legalization, or is this just the beginning of the corporate take over of the marijuana industry, and would that be a good thing, or bad.

Just saw on the local news. A company in Denver has a dispatch center and delivery sytem. They run ads on Craigs List.
The local news crew rode with one of the drivers as he made deliveries.
You make a donation to their cause or something, and they charge a delivery fee and you order the pot online and select the strain and they gaurantee delivery in 45 min. or less.
The local police are aware, but don't seem to mess with them. I will find a link to the newscast and post it soon.
He showed the newscrew the LA Confidential package he was delivering
These are indeed strange times we live in!.
