Possible Symphilids - Azatrol

So I noticed this bug when I was watering crawling on the side of one of the pots. It looks like a little centipede, but much faster. I only got a glimpse of it..but it has antenae and multiple legs..looked light brown. After hours of searching for something that looks like it I found the info below that looks like my problem. I have been using Azatrol all along, but only in spray form. I am using coco coir and haven't seen any other bugs. I also have sticky traps that don't have any of these bugs on them.
Here is my question...

Has anyone used azatrol in the drench application? If so, what is the best dosage..the instructions use a range of 1-4 tbs per gal.?
Any other treatments ??

Thanks in advance!!

Symphilids
Small pests that are tan to white colored and look like centipedes. They are very deadly to the plants, because they burrow down into the roots and damage them by feeding of them. Your plants leaves will begin to die off. They are found mostly in soil composites that have not been cleaned, like soil that has additives in them such as animal manure.
(I know it will smell funny but sterilizing the soil in the oven for 30 min can kill any pests in the soil, heat to 350 for 30 min.) They are easy to tell if you have them, because they come to the top soil when your plant is being watered, if you find you do have them, use Fungus Gnat Killer (“B.T." a non chemical, biological control) in the powdered form. One application should kill it, just to be safe repeat every 7 days to kill off the larvae. Tobacco juice kills them as well! And nematodes.

Picture 2 shows the Symphilids look like..

hey so i got these little annoying nats going on. i didnt notice them till about a month ago and they were not doing anything so i thought nothing of it (has anyone seen the commercial for that medication that says "while steve was having fun , something deadly was building up in my arterys"?) and so after awhile i noticed my pants slowed down to almost a crawl in growing. now here are some key points that i think are important to understand whats going on in my garden.

1. i DID use those yellow non toxic strips and the entire 2 weeks it has been there has not caught a damn thing. i have it hanging in the middle of my girls.
2.i DID use those mosquito dunks. i have to say i havent noticed a change at all, and further more i have concern that these larve are up inside the rock wool (where the water doesnt touch)
3. i used the wrong nutes and it ended up clogging (crystallizing) the pipes in my areo garden. so now i have stagnant water , i tried to remedy this by adding some cleaning solution and putting in some bubbles.
4.after watching one bag seed plant die i decided to pull it out so i could further look into the problem. this is when i noticed a little white nat hanging on to the roots.
5. at one point i DID have mold growing on the rock wool but sprinkled some sulpher and it went away in a couple of days.

okay so after taking the plant out i look at it and it had a bunch of little black dots everywhere. so i assume it was parts of the mosqwuito dunk , however its far into the roots and higher than the water can reach. so with my thumb nail i dig out what apears to be a little worm or slug of some sort. i took a picture but you cannot see it well enough. im almost positive that its the larve of the gnats and also chunks of the mosquito dunks. so my question is , of course , how the fuck do i get red of these little guys. they are literally making my plants struggle to grow.
