Say you are supplying meds to some co-op's and collectives.Would you need to apply for a BOE permit?Listed below in the link it says even "donations" are taxed.

But i'm wondering if that's for storefront operations only or vendor's need it also.

Heli just flew over my place, should I be worried?

I know this is a stupid question but im ripped and was just smoking a cig outside and saw a heli fly overhead with a dome-type looking radar type thing hanging underneath the front of the heli. It didn't circle over neighborhoods just went in a straight line until I couldn't see it anymore.

Coincidence or should I be worried? 400W HPS is all I got.

And by live the life i mean move out to cali and make a legitimate living out of selling medi to clubs and one day(eventually and hopefully) open my own club... i just seem to be having a hard time finding the literature on laws and whatnot that regulate the trade, growth and bla bla bla... i figured this would be the best place to ask for help... so basically what im looking for in short is a website or book that has the laws in the vernacular, or common word, so that i can actually understand it and read a little into the topic to see if the life im choosing at such a young age ( 18 ) is the correct choice for me... any help is much appreciated

Raided and not charged over 6 months later?

A friend of mines apartment was raided for selling weed at the very beginning of May and he has still not officially been charged.

My friend was selling probably around 2 pounds of headies a week. He got busted after a kid who he sold ounces to got busted selling in a dorm building and ratted him out to get himself off. About half a dozen narcotics officers busted in his door with a battering ram and guns pulled. They handcuffed everyone that was in his apartment. In total they found 4 ounces of weed and probably around $2,000 and like 25 pieces of glass totally over $4,000 (no weapons or any other drugs). Everyone that did not live in the apartment was let go after being searched.

They questioned my friend in his apartment after everyone else had been let go. They tried to convince him to rat out a larger dealer and he told them he would consider it and complied to some questioning but not all. After about 3 or 4 hours they let him go without ever taking him down the station. The next day he got a lawyer and decided he would not rat anyone out.

Since then it has been almost 6 months and he has not talked to the cops in easily 4 months and his lawyer in over 2 months. He is still living in the same apartment and has the same phone number so the cops can easily get in touch with him however they have not contacted him at all or sworn out a warrant for his arrest or even officially charged him.

Does anyone know of anything like this ever happening?

Any idea what he should do? (the cops at one point told him he needed to come to the station and get charged but this was months ago and my friend has been kind of avoiding it...)

Should he continue waiting for the cops to make him come in or should he turn himself in?

Would it be evading arrest if he left the state since he has still not officially been charged?

Any comments or help welcome

Are these really that great of an idea? Being proud of being from a certain area is fine, but making a thread that groups all of you together isn't really the best thing. Whoever posted the thread probably isn't an informant/cop, but it promotes networking between people who may or may not be. You're just separating yourselves from the herd and making it that much easier to isolate you, making you that much more vulnerable.
If you're a medical grower, this really doesn't apply to you unless you're outside your limits.
Be careful, we would all love to believe that everyone out there is as honest as ourselves but they are not. Not only could it be used to figure out where you are, but you could also get your crop jacked by somebody who has figured out where you are.

Busted for all of the wrong reasons

Recently i was bust and charged with a DUI because i had a seizure behind the wheel and i hit an parked car. When i became came conscious, i was still dazed, So the pigs just handcuffed and took me to the station. i tried to tell them about my medical condition but they did not care, i had no bud on me or any kind of pipe, just the drug test showed a little of THC and no alcohol. It just sucks getting busted for thing people don't understand.

There was nothing on NORML's website about it, but according to the rumor it just happened a few days ago.

Hey everybody,

I'm in kind of a sticky situation. My brother and I are both young adults, and as we're taking time off from university, we're living at home with our folks. My parents are both pro-pot, and my mom likes the idea of having a small indoor garden, but my dad is extremely paranoid. If for some reason there were a bust, is there any way my parents would incur charges as the homeowners? The grow site would be contained entirely within my brother's room, and we'd keep it to under three plants. There's no practical way we'd get busted, but I'd like to know anyway the likelihood of a homeowner incurring charges for a grow op in which he/she has no involvement. Isn't it possible to just claim ignorance? Although we aren't hiding anything from them, it would be very easy to claim that only we knew about it. Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

How Many Ounces Does A Whizzinator Hold?

I recently failed a drug test at work using Quick Fix Synthetic Urine. After a three week suspension I am under the microscope now. I passed 3 times before using Quick Fix which I'm sold on and it works. The problem is they moved the measure line up from 2 ounces to 5 ounces. Unfortunitely I had to fill it with my own urine and failed. I was going to order a Whizzinator and store frozen clean urine for future drug testing. Does anyone know how many ounces the Whizzinator Bladder holds? Again I need 5 ounces or better. Peeing above the line would definitely look more inconspicuois. Can anyone give me some good advice who's been through the same situation? I've been clean for a little over a month and I plan on storing my own urine when I know I'm definintely in the safe zone. (At least a couple more weeks) I will do at home test strips to find out my statis. I appreciate any input that anyone can give me. Thanks. So i have been growing for a while outdoors and am thinking of moving indoors. I'm going to be honest majority of my crops tend not to be all for "personal use".

Lately it's been hard with increased eradication efforts by Leo. Recently bought a new house. I'd also like to add I have done my research so stealth is not going to be a problem.

Since it is not going to be all "personal" I realize that is the problem and the what ifs bother me. I have a wife and kids. I am going to do a two cycle grow and that's it (5-6 months tops). when finished everything will be moved out of house including all of the stash. What other steps can I take to protect my home and my family, besides not doing it at all?

I live in an area of the us not on normls site so I am not sure of the laws. I don't know about going down to the local law library where you have to sign in and show id to research marijuana laws.

I read on another site that to seize the home they have to prove it was bought with illegal money. Is that true? I will make it non-accessible to the children and they will not know. I would like some info on seizure guidelines.

I know a lot of people on this site say it's all for personal use, but the reality is for some it is not. I would like to speak to those individuals to get advice.
