I am having deficiencies. Need some advice

I was going for the botonicare Cal-Mag, but i couldnt find any around where i live from Botanicare.

Will this one work? Its talking about a 2:1 cal to mag ratio with vitamin D

Ive searched and it seems nobody has used anything other than cal-mag plus from botanicare in their plants, but that could be because you arent supposed so lol and thats what im trying to figure out

Anyways dudes, I found this close to me

http://www.costco.ca/Browse/Product....388&lang=en-CA

Would that do the trick?

Hi me and my buddy are doing our first Medical grow and neither one of us has used a E-ballast before. We had picked out a Lumatek 600w but did some research and read they are picky about which bulbs they work with. We called Lumatek and they said to use some GE bulbs and other companies wont work well which turned me off to the company.

Can you guys share your experience with me with e-ballasts and the bulbs you use. Also if you can recomend some ballast and bulbs that would be great.

We plan on buying a set of 4 of everything so we want to make sure we make good choices.

Our room is about 10x12 and we want each light to have its own strain. So help with a good hood recomendation would be awesome also.

Current beans we have as of right now is K.O kush and El monstre for sannie seeds cant wait to get them goin.

Money is not really a option so please dont be conservitive in your suggestions.

Thanks RIU

I flushed because of Mag def now im wondering if i need to feed, possibly through the foliage? Plant 4 weeks old. I flushed yesterday and they seem to be doing ok but im sure the flush depleted all of their food. I hate to water because the medium is so damp although the pro mix bx im using could probably withstand it. I was thinking of possibly foliar feeding with ff big bloom and epsom but not sure what my ratios should be or how much i should spray. The runoff after the flush was 6.5 so i think my ph is fine.

All of my grows so far have been strains like Trainwreck, The Church, Snow White, SLH, etc.. The 2.5 gallon pots I use for them are usually adequate. But im wanting to try something a little different, Hawaiian Snow.

This plant could get big. Much bigger than anything else I have grown. Will without a doubt be topping to hopefully keep the plants under 6 feet if possible (not including pot)

Anyway, I am trying to decide if i want to stick with the 2.5 gallon pots and have 4-5 plants or go to a 7 gallon pot and only have 2-3.

Would love some opinions especially if you have grown the strain before.

I'm 3 weeks into flowering Brainstorm; and I can't figure this strain out at all, and I'm not new to this. I cloned all of them, and figured I'd put the clones in the flowering room following their mothers; except these babies shot to 18 inches faster than anything I've ever seen. From the razor to 18 inches in under 3 weeks! So now I've been forced to flower them under my 54 watt high output flourescents. I've never flowered under flourescents before, as I always move them to HPS. Has anyone flowered Brainstorms with high output flourescents? Also I am growing 1 Sativa which sprouted up to just short of 6 feet, so unfortunately the lights are 2 feet off of the other plants, which no doubt will lengthen my flowering time; does anyone have any idea's on how I can bring my lights down and not take away from my Sativa girl. If not I guess I'll just live with extra flowering time

hi

5 barneys farm feminized seeds
im using 3 (30 watt) cfls for vegging (daylight) the plants are currently 4 weeks in vegetation, i was looking to veg for another 2 possible 3 weeks to fill the screen up then flip to 12/12 and let the rest of the grow, grow upwards. my aim is to fill the whole box and screen.

ill will switch to 3 (30 watt) warm white bulbs for flowering when its time.

i used red bull cans to make cheap reflectors and also mylar. its my old guitar cab, i took out the speakers. i have an intake (1 pc fan 90mm) and a carbon filter there and and outtake which you cant actually see. 2 x 120mm pc fans with a carbon filter between them. having said that, the filters dont do much , the plants are smelling already and ive had to resort to buying ona gel, which you can see in the corner of one pic and a febreeze wall plug in. also i have to leave my window open as much as possible to really let in some fresh air. with the window open and ona gel and febreeze working you cant smell the plants. but i havnt started flowering yet so we shall see how bad it gets.

im aiming to yield around 45 grams dried does anyone think this is achievable witnessing the fotos?

the temp in the box varies around 85 to 95 degrees. but never above. i cant bring the temps down any lower without buying a proper carbon filter + fan. cant afford it plus i need a stealth evniornment. SO no loud fans etc.

the humidity is set at 30 % which i think is acceptable. yes the pots are small but i can water them everyday when they need water.

the plants seem to be coping. they are growing in bio bizz soil and im using bio bizz grow for veg and ill be using bio bizz bloom for flowering.

please check out the fotos

this is my first grow,

ok im a new grower and super poor. Anyways the pictures are of one of the leafs, then of the plant itself twice. and the last is of the plant a week before when it was fine. The bottom stem is white and hard like a tree trunk, but the top suffers from soft stems which cause it to lean way over. im trying to figure out if its just top heavy, if theres a N problem, if im under/over watering. There is just so many possibilities, if anyone can help me narrow them down I would appreciate it. Thank you.

ps the plant is about a month into veg, and hasnt had too many problems before this. hopefully its not the roots getting constricted.
